Coach Vega – Founder of 3V Stars Academy & 5V Stars, with over 40 years of personal soccer experience, Coach Vega is the passionate driving force behind 3V Stars Soccer Academy. Born into a family where soccer is more than just a game, Vega’s love for the sport was inspired by his father, Vega Sr., a dedicated semi-pro player and coach in his youth. This deep-rooted passion for soccer has shaped Vega’s life and career, fueling his desire to inspire the next generation of soccer stars. Coach Linz – A lifelong soccer player with college-level experience, Coach Linz brings both technical skills and fitness expertise to the team. She is a personal trainer and manager at HEW Fitness and has trained athletes to maximize their strength, endurance, and overall performance. Both her son and daughter have been part of the 3V & 5V Stars programs for years, and she is committed to helping young female players build their confidence, skills, and love for the game. She too has been a volunteer coach at Coral Springs Youth Soccer (CSYS) for over four years along side Coach Vega, helping players of all skill levels reach their potential.

With over 40 years of personal soccer experience, Coach Vega is the passionate driving force behind 3V Stars Soccer Academy. Born into a family where soccer is more than just a game, Vega’s love for the sport was inspired by his father, Vega Sr., a dedicated semi-pro player and coach in his youth. This deep-rooted passion for soccer has shaped Vega’s life and career, fueling his desire to inspire the next generation of soccer stars.
Raised in the vibrant soccer cultures of California and Florida, Vega spent his youth playing for elite travel teams, honing his skills, discipline, and understanding of the game. As a dynamic center forward striker, his exceptional performance on the field won him a scholarship to Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. His college coach, recognizing his potential, started him as a defender. This strategic move enhanced Vega’s comprehensive understanding of the game and deepened his realization that soccer is as much a mental game as it is physical.

Our academy specializes in training young soccer enthusiasts aged 6 to 10 years old. We focus on nurturing the skills and love for the game in this crucial developmental stage.
We offer a specialized 3V training program that ensures more ball touches, improved decision-making, and better understanding of the game. This small-sided game format is proven to accelerate skill development in young players.
Our training sessions are held during the week upon availability with each session lasting approximately 1 hour. Additionally, we try to host a game scrimmage each week to apply skills in a match setting.
Yes, we offer personalized one-on-one training sessions. These sessions are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each child, providing focused attention on individual skill enhancement.
Our coaching team, led by Coach Vega, comprises experienced and dedicated professionals. Over 10 years of coaching sports from Soccer, Baseball, Basketball and in general sports in Coral Springs. Coach Vega shares a passion for developing young talent. Just ask the parents and kids he has coached in the past.
We conduct regular skill assessments and provide feedback to track and measure the progress of each student. Our coaches also maintain open communication with parents about their child’s development. We are excited to announce that we are developing a APP that will make it not only fun for the kids to track their stats with games, rewards but great motivation for them to continue to grow.
Yes, we have a tryout process to evaluate new students. This helps us understand their skill level and ensures that we place them in the right program to best support their growth.
We maintain a low child-to-coach ratio to ensure personalized attention. Typically, this ratio is around 6:1, which aligns with our 3V training philosophy.
Safety is our top priority. We ensure all training activities are conducted in a safe environment with proper equipment. We do have all parents sign a waiver before their child joins 3V Stars.
